Hereinafter referred to as "BeBoost.io".

Buyer:

The person who fills in the order form with information such as name, phone number, and email address and makes the payment will hereinafter be referred to as the customer.

Sales Agreement

This agreement is presented before proceeding to the payment step. After the customer reads and accepts it, they may proceed with payment. Once the payment is completed, the agreement is deemed electronically accepted by both parties.

Article 1

BeBoost.io completes orders in an electronic environment. There is no shipping process. Products are sold as digital goods. Accordingly, BeBoost.io is obliged to fulfill orders electronically.

Article 2

The accuracy of the username or link provided in the order is the customer's responsibility. If a valid account exists, the order will be fulfilled accordingly and cannot be corrected. If no such account exists, the customer may contact BeBoost.io to resolve the issue.

Article 3

To ensure successful delivery, the account must be set to public. If the account is private at the time of order, the customer will be asked to make it public. If the account is made private after the order is in progress, the order will be marked as complete, and no refund will be issued even if delivery is partial.

Article 4

For active orders, only typing mistakes in the username or link can be corrected. Changing to a different username or link is not allowed. Otherwise, the order will be marked as complete and is non-refundable.

Article 5

Age or location restrictions on the account may cause incomplete delivery. However, such cases are non-refundable.

Article 6

If the customer deletes, archives, or hides the content during the process, or if there is a conflicting order from another source, the order will be marked as complete, and no compensation or refund will be issued.

Article 7

Orders involving +18 content, illegal gambling/betting sites, or accounts violating Turkish law are strictly prohibited. If detected, the order will be marked as complete and is non-refundable.

Article 8

Average delivery times are mentioned in package descriptions. Platform updates or system maintenance may affect delivery. BeBoost.io is obligated to deliver within a maximum of 30 business days. If this period is exceeded, the customer may request a refund for the undelivered portion.

Article 9

BeBoost.io does not guarantee permanence or replacement of the services. Delivered services may be removed by platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, or TikTok. Customers should understand that there is a risk of total loss.

Article 10

In certain cases, BeBoost.io may offer compensation. For compensation to apply:

• The account link must be the same as the original order.
• The follower count must not drop below the original count.
• The account must remain public.
• The username must not change.
• If a guaranteed package was purchased, the account must remain public and unchanged for the specified duration.

Compensation will not be provided if these conditions are not met.

Article 11

If an order is canceled by BeBoost.io, a full or partial refund will be issued accordingly. Refunds are made to the original payment method: card for online payments, bank account for wire transfers.

Orders not yet processed can be canceled by the customer. Once processed, orders cannot be canceled or refunded unless otherwise stated.

Article 12

BeBoost.io is not responsible for temporary or permanent bans on accounts or channels. In such cases:

The order may be changed to a different account/channel/group.

The paid amount may be used for another service.

The order will be marked as complete and no refund will be given.

Article 13

A receipt is issued for each order based on the name stated in the order form. Corporate clients may contact the accounting department to add business details to their invoice. The invoice will be sent upon request.
