Hereinafter referred to as "BeBoost.io".
Buyer:
The individual who completes the order by providing name, surname, phone number, and email address in the order form shall be referred to as the customer.
Sales Agreement
This agreement is presented to the customer before the payment step. The customer proceeds to payment only after reading and accepting it. Once payment is completed, the agreement is considered electronically accepted by both parties.
Article 1
BeBoost.io completes all orders in digital format. There is no physical delivery or shipping. The products are sold as digital goods and fulfilled electronically.
Article 2
The accuracy of usernames or links provided in all orders is the customer's responsibility. If the information leads to a valid account, the service will be delivered to that account and cannot be corrected. If the link or username does not correspond to an account, the customer may contact BeBoost.io to request correction.
Article 3
For proper delivery, accounts must be set to public. If the account is private during ordering, BeBoost.io will notify the customer to switch it to public. If the account becomes private during processing, the order will be marked as completed, and no refund will be issued even if the delivery is incomplete.
Article 4
For orders in progress, only corrections to username or link typos can be made by contacting BeBoost.io. Changes to entirely different usernames or links are not allowed. Otherwise, the order is marked as completed and non-refundable.
Article 5
Accounts must not have age or location restrictions for successful delivery. These conditions may lead to incomplete delivery, and no refund will be provided.
Article 6
If the customer closes the account, deletes/archives the content, or otherwise interferes with the process, the order will be marked as completed and no refund will be given. Also, it is forbidden to place the same order on different platforms simultaneously. In such cases, we cannot determine what was delivered, and no compensation will be provided.
Article 7
Orders for +18 content, illegal gambling sites, or accounts violating Turkish laws are strictly prohibited. Such orders will be marked as completed, and no refund will be issued.
Article 8
Estimated delivery times are stated in the package descriptions. Updates to social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok), high order volume, or maintenance may affect delivery time. BeBoost.io is obliged to deliver within 30 business days. If this is not met, the customer is entitled to a refund for the undelivered portion.
Article 9
BeBoost.io does not guarantee the permanence or compensation of any service. Services may be removed by platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, or TikTok. The customer accepts that the service may partially or entirely be removed over time without guarantee.
Article 10
BeBoost.io may offer compensation on select services based on customer satisfaction. Conditions include:
- The account link must remain the same as during the original order.
- The follower/like count must not drop below the starting value.
- The account must remain public.
- The username must not be changed during the process.
- For guaranteed packages, the account must stay public and retain the same username during the guarantee period.
If these conditions are not met, no compensation will be provided.
Article 11
BeBoost.io is obliged to fully refund canceled orders and partially refund partially canceled orders. Online payments are refunded to the card, and bank transfers (EFT, wire, ATM, FAST) are refunded to the bank account. Orders not yet processed can be canceled by the customer. Once processing begins, no refund is available unless otherwise specified.
Article 12
BeBoost.io is not responsible for temporary or permanent bans on user accounts, channels, or groups. These are the customer's responsibility. In such cases:
- The order can be transferred to a different account, channel, or group.
- The payment can be used for a different service on the site.
- The order can be marked as completed, and no refund will be given.
Article 13
An invoice is issued under the name entered in the order screen for each order. Corporate customers may request their tax/company details to be added to their invoices by contacting the accounting department. Invoices are sent upon request.
